Who doesn’t love Halloween themed food??
These sausage mummies are super easy and fun to make with the kids. Serve with veggies and you have a dinner guaranteed to make everyone smile.
To make them, all you need is your favourite sausages and a pack of puff pastry. Bake the sausages as per pack instructions but stop cooking 10 minutes before they’re fully cooked.
Let them cool. Slice the pastry sheets into thin slices and wrap around the cooked sausages.
Bake for a further 10-15 minutes till the sausages are cooked through and the pastry is lightly golden.
Add some eyes and your yummy mummies are ready. Happy Halloween!!
